The Dental Hospital provides a very sound platform for the students to sharpen their clinical skills in denture treatment, besides committing itself to provide state-of-the-art facilities for indoor and outdoor patients and health care services to the people in its abutting areas. The Outpatient Department of the Hospital receives about half a thousand patients every day. The Hospital is equipped with the modern facilities in its all the nine specialized departments where basic and advanced dental treatments and minor, major & complex surgeries are performed daily. The Hospital runs a fleet of six buses for to and fro transport of the patients from the adjoining fifty villages at no cost to them. Besides providing oral health screening services, the oral health care devices— tooth brushes, tooth pastes and medicines - are also distributed free of cost in many neighboring villages and schools.
