Dr. Deepali Sharma is an academician and researcher in the field of Food Science and Nutrition and is currently working as Assistant Professor at SGT University. She is a doctorate in Nutrition from Banasthali Vidyapith, Jaipur. She has experience of teaching, research from University. Her research interest is in metal toxicity through food and their health risk assessment, food product development. She has publications in national and International reputed Journals in her credit. She has also contributed in book chapters. She has participated and presented papers & posters at various workshops, seminars and conferences organized by different organizations. Dr. Deepali is a member of reputed organizations like Nutrition Society of India, Saksham Society, Jaipur, and Protein Foods & Nutrition Development Association of India. She believes in teaching-learning process and is motivated towards helping the students to grow in field of Nutrition, clinical research, and health.
