Ms. Ashita Jain is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radio-Imaging Technology, under the School of Allied Health Sciences, SGT University, Gurugram. She completed her PG in Medical Imaging Technology from Swami Vivekananda Subharti University Meerut (UP) in 2018 and completed her graduation with Gold medal (1st Rank) from Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad (UP) in 2015. She had one year clinical experience during her PG and had six months clinical exposure in TMU Hospital Moradabad. She organized numerous national conferences, Seminars, Workshops & Students visit in various hospitals in Delhi NCR. Ms. Jain participated in various national and international conferences held across the country. She is actively involved in research & publication as she has published 16 research papers and five book chapters in reputed journals. She has received two awards in the field of “Science communication” Award by Kaushambi foundation, India and “Empowered women in education” Award for innovation and research by women world of India in the year 2021-2022. She has been awarded with four Intra-mural projects & also published a Patent in the year 2024. Ms. Jain is actively involved in teaching aspects of various subjects of Radio Imaging Technology including X-ray, CT scan, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Special investigation etc. She aims with a vision to impart comprehensive knowledge and skill development among students.
