Mr Tushar joined Shri Guru Gobind Singh Tercentenary University in 2019 as an Assistant Professor, having received UGC N.E.T certification in July 2018. With a keen interest in Indian writings, Partition Literature, and literature for the marginalised, he brings a profound understanding of diverse literary landscapes to his teaching. His remarkable talent for writing serves as an inspiration to his students, with a primary goal of nurturing their creativity in both creative and content writing.
Mr. Tushar's research delves into how progressive writers adapt their styles to address real-world situations, offering fresh perspectives on contemporary literature. His dedication to this field is reflected in the numerous research papers he has published. With six years of academic experience, Mr. Tushar teaches English Literature, English Communication, and a variety of SEC, DSE, MGE, and VAC courses. His unique teaching approach blends his love for poetry and the concept of imagination versus reality, striving for excellence in every classroom interaction. His passion for his discipline drives him to integrate his latest research findings into his teaching methodologies, ensuring that his students are always engaged with the most current and relevant information.
Beyond his academic role, Mr Tushar is a philanthropist and was honoured as an “Ambassador” by the World Literacy Forum in 2020. His commitment to education and literacy extends beyond the university, reflecting his broader dedication to societal betterment. In addition to his academic and philanthropic endeavours, Mr Tushar is a national-level karate player in the Ultimate Karate League and has been actively associated with the S.U.I.K.F for the past seven years. He mentors various players across India, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to excellence in all his pursuits.
