The session was graced by Mr. Dhawal Shankar Srivastava, Assistant Professor, IILM University, Greater Noida, as the distinguished speaker.

Mr. Srivastava, with academic credentials spanning across India and the UK—including an LL.M in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Aberdeen—brought a nuanced global perspective to the discourse on anti-money laundering laws. The lecture provided an in-depth understanding of the PMLA framework, real-life case studies, and its intersection with financial crime and human rights.
