Mr. Maharshi Kumar Kasoudhan joined SGT University as an Assistance Professor. He has earned him LL.B degree from Shri Harischander P.G. College (affiliated to MGKV University). Following that, he pursued his LL.M (with specialization in Constitutional law) from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi U.P. He is UGC NET Qualified. His areas of research interest are Constitutional law, Procedure law, Contract law and Family law. He has published law chapter in a book. He is handling Internships in the Faculty of Law and Coordinator of the Legal Aid Committee.
