The Department of Pediatrics, FMHS SGT University conducted a Workshop on ‘Total parenteral nutrition in newborn’ in the Hospital Auditorium 4th Floor on 29.11.2023. The agenda of the workshop was to create awareness about the new guidelines about Total parenteral nutrition in newborn babies among young doctors & healthcare workers. Renowned speaker Dr. Pankaj Garg, Senior Consultant Department of Neonatology, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, India, delivered lectures on various sub topics related to Total parenteral nutrition in newborn.

Organizing Chairperson, Dr. Pankaj Abrol Professor & Head, Department of Pediatrics invited all the faculty members and PG students from Pediatrics, General Medicine, Ophthalmology, ENT, General Surgery, Pulmonary Medicine, Orthopedic, Pathology & Obstetrics & Gynecology departments of SGT Medical College to ensure maximum participation of related medical staff & dissemination of the knowledge amongst them. Some local pediatricians of Gurugram were also invited.

Our eminent speaker Dr. Pankaj Garg, Senior Consultant Department of Neonatology, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, India, enlightened the audience with her interesting and informative session.

All the aspects of the Program were covered ardently & enthusiastically.
