Agriculture remains the backbone of global economies, employing over 25% of the world’s workforce and contributing significantly to food security and rural development. However, the sector faces unprecedented challenges, including climate change, technological disruption, and shifting labor dynamics. The Agri Job Fair 2025, organized by Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, SGT University, Gurugram held from March 24th –25th, 2025 in Shooting floor A block SGT University, Gurugram, India emerged as a pivotal platform to address these challenges by bridging gaps between education, industry, and innovation. Organized by the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, SGT University and private-sector stakeholders, the event underscored agriculture’s evolving role as a hub for sustainable careers and cutting-edge technology.
