Celebrating Agricultural Education Day

It was an honor to host Dr. Ajit Singh Yadav, ADG (EQA&R), ICAR, as the chief guest for Agricultural Education Day at SGT University. The event aimed to introduce students, including those from schools, to the diverse aspects of agriculture and its significance in national development and to inspire them to pursue agriculture and allied fields as a professional career. By fostering interest in agriculture, the initiative seeks to encourage students to engage in agricultural activities or explore opportunities as future agri-entrepreneurs.



 

The event was further elevated by the enthusiastic participation of students from Cambridge International School and JD Lawrence School, who displayed their creativity and knowledge through a vibrant poster presentation competition.



 

The Chief guest emphasized the critical role of agricultural education in driving sustainable development and nurturing innovation among the younger generation.
A heartfelt thank you to all the participants, faculty members, and organizers who contributed to the success of this memorable event!
