This not only enhanced their ability to generate income but also boosted their self-confidence and status within their communities. Additionally, embroidery training helped preserve traditional craftsmanship while encouraging creativity and innovation to meet modern market demands. By providing knowledge in design, marketing, and business management, the training fostered entrepreneurial spirit among rural women, enabling them to access new markets and improve their livelihoods.
