A plant-based culinary workshop held at FHTM on 23rd & 24th February 2024 was an interactive event where participants learn to create delicious and nutritious dishes using only plant-based ingredients. Led by experienced Chef Varun, these workshops typically cover a range of recipes and cooking techniques that showcase the versatility and flavor of plant-based ingredients.


During the workshop, the students of FHTM learned:


  • Learned about the health benefits of a plant-based diet and the environmental impact of plant-based eating.
  • Received guidance on ingredient selection, including exploring different types of grains, legumes, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds.
